Keima Joseki ( first Variation)



A "keima" [ KAY mah] is a "knight's move" away from another stone, i.e. it is 1 line over and 2 lines up ( or 1 line up and 2 lines over ) from a given stone. Black's response to white's first stone is a keima, relative to both the corner black stone and the first white stone.
