Winners of this tournamanent will compete later against the winner for the West Coast Qualifier for the North American Oza Championship.
The North American Oza Champion will represent the US in the World OZA Cup in Japan Top Prize: ¥30,000,000 (~$250,000) and a Lexus
Large Prizes will be Awarded in all Sections. As Many Sections will be Created to Allow Optimum. Competition 6 Dan Section in Addition to Open Section
